Owner of Nation Waste, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Inaugural Cohort alumna, and one of Fortune Magazine's 2013 "Most Powerful Entrepreneurs."  “Just as I have paved the way to becoming the first Latina in the waste removal industry, there are many opportunities still for Latinas to be the first in many sectors.” This dedication to minority needs has served Rios well. She sits on the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Greater Houston Women Chamber of Commerce boards and was appointed by the mayor to the City of Houston Office of Business Opportunity Board. CEO of Amber Green Corporation, MBA graduate from Babson College, and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumnus.  Amber Green Corporation started with in-flight catering on private jets, grew to corporate catering, then to retail and food service management, to commercial in-flight catering with the announcement of servicing Turkish Airlines in 2016.  Abby's Catering, owned by Amber Green Corporation, is a 2016-2018 Houston Business Journal Fast 100 company and Inc. 5000 company.

Sherrill and Steve Lester

President and Vice President at QMF Steel in Dallas and Surge & Grow Alumni.  QMF makes and builds metal products for the Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.  The company has also helped during the construction of major highways in Texas like I-635 and I-30.  QMF was awarded the Small Business Association's National Prime Contractor of the Year in 2017.

Victoria Sassine is an experienced NYSE Public board director and senior executive with broad strategic, and financial experience. Currently, Victoria is the CEO of Scale Smarter Partners, a global advisory firm providing education and advisory services to private and micro cap equity enterprises. Her expertise in creating scalable processes for growth-oriented firms has been honed with her Fortune 500 executive experience (Biogen, Phillips Morris, Kraft Foods), and her national work for Goldman Sachs and the Bloomberg Foundation with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Initiative.
